A Light In the Darkness

A Light In the Darkness

A figure stood in the darkness,
A sadness surrounding the shape,
As you wonder, it falls together,
A part of you wants to help,
The other is filled with fear,
But you don’t know,
The shadow moves closer,
You realize the space is smaller,
It comes closer,
For you,

For the Light In the Darkness.

  2. You set the scene well, without having to describe exactly where they were. I like the rhythm that it keeps. Nice slice!
